Landlord Fees:

Full management - 10% of the monthly rental plus an initial set up fee of £275 or £400 which includes rent guarantee insurance

Rent collect - 6% of the monthly rental plus an initial set up fee of £275 or £400 which includes rent guarantee insurance

Tenant find only - 80% of the first months rent with no set up fee
